Managed the design, procurement and rollout of SIP services for a multisite national REIT.

Coordinated and managed the design, procurement and implementation of wireless services for 35 sites nationwide.

Performed vendor evaluation, design oversight, procurement management and implementation support for a multisite video conferencing system with custom integrated conference rooms, a dedicated network, managed bridge service and desktop services.

Conducted product evaluation, price comparison, procurement, implementation and ongoing support of cell phone services including 300 devices as well as a comprehensive recording system including voice, radio and screenshots.

Duties included project management and support of a TDM to VOIP conversion for a 700 device, multisite system including an 80 seat contact center.

Lead project management, design, and implementation support of a 100 site national enterprise installation including Cisco VOIP, LAN/WAN, WebEx and Verizon SIP trunking.  The project converted the remote sites from disparate analog system systems with multiple carriers to an organized and manageable enterprise system.

Assisted with system design, RFP preparation, system selection and implementation support for a 500 line multisite Avaya S8300 with UCM and integration to Exchange 2010.  The system is integrated with a 7000 line multisite Nortel TDM PBX system for dial plan and feature functionality.

Lead project management of a comprehensive upgrade to 1000 plus ports of Cisco VOIP system, Unity and Meeting Place with integration to Lotus Notes for a major Utility.
